All changes of name or address must be submitted to Council in writing. We are unable to accept verbal updates over the phone.
If your name change is due to marriage, divorce, or death, please provide a copy of the relevant certificate. Please upload this via our online Change of Address, Name or Ratepayer Form.
Please note: If you miss important Council correspondence, such as bills or rate notices, due to outdated contact details, any applicable late fees will still apply.
When notifying Council of a change of address, please include:
- Your previous and new postal addresses
- The assessment number for the property
- The date the change takes effect
If you currently receive your rates notice via email and need to update your email address, please log in to EzyBill and update your profile under the 'Account' section.
