Book a library space
You can book a library space at any of our libraries. Whether you want space for quiet study, a meeting, community event or even art exhibitions as part of our Art in the Libraries program, we've got space for you.
Some of our library branches offer meeting rooms for private use. There is a cost involved so please see our Fees and Charges register (Under Council Meeting Rooms) for more information.
What spaces are available to hire?
- Meeting Room 1 – Large (18 seated)
- Meeting Room 2 – Small (4-6 seated)
- Findon Foyer
- Art exhibition Space (See Art in the Libraries)
Henley Beach Library
- Learning Room – Large (30 seated) *not available due to library relocation into Henley Town Hall
Hindmarsh Library
- Art Exhibition Space (See Art in the Libraries)
Civic Library (Woodville)
- Art Exhibition Space (See Art in the Libraries)
Ngutungka West Lakes
- Digital Lab
- Kitchen
- Meeting Room 1
- Meeting Room 2
- Studio
- Workshop (can be divided into Workshop 1 and Workshop 2, or hired as one large room)
How to book
All room bookings except our art exhibition spaces are able to be booked through our SpacetoCo platform.

This includes images of each space and any floorplans available.
