Road Closures
Current Closures:
Annual Procession and Feast Day in Honour of St Hilarion
Closures:
Grange Road, Seaton (eastbound left lane only, closed from Leven Avenue to Falkirk Avenue)
Montrose Avenue, Seaton (closed from Alisa Avenue to Grange Road)
Troon Avenue, Seaton (closed from Airdrie Avenue to Grange Road)
Kingborn Avenue, Seaton (closed from Airdrie Avenue to Grange Road)
Persons taking part in the event on the above roads are exempted from all Australian Road Rules relating to pedestrian behaviour on roads. Traffic Controllers will be in attendance to monitor the closure and provide access for emergency services in case of an emergency.

The Fort Glanville Historical Association Inc. is pleased to advise that the 2026/27 Open Day season at the Fort Glanville Conservation Park will run from September 2026 to May 2027.
Fort Glanville will be open to the public (barring extreme heat/fire bans) between 1- 4pm on the following dates:
- Sunday 20 September, 2026
- Sunday 18 October, 2026
- Sunday 15 November, 2026
- Sunday 20 December, 2026
- Sunday 17 January, 2027
- Sunday 21 February, 2027
- Sunday 21 March, 2027
- Sunday 18 April, 2027
- Sunday 16 May, 2027
On Open Days, visitors are invited to explore the Fort and our Visitor's Centre (including museum and historical artefacts), observe historical re-enactment of the time (including live firing of cannons and antique rifles), and talk with our volunteers about one of Australia’s last remaining examples of our colonial defence strategies.
Please note: noise warning for the live firing of cannons and antique rifles at approximately 1:45pm, 2:30pm, 2:45pm and 3:15pm on Open Days.
