Public swimming or spa pool notification form

Our Environmental Health Officers regularly inspect public swimming pools and spas. We test water quality and safety of surrounding facilities.

You must notify council of your public swimming pool or spa at least 14 days before you start operating.

Costs

There are no associated costs with notification and routine inspections.

What you need to know

Once you have notified us, Council’s Environmental Health officers will conduct routine inspections. These can be booked or unannounced depending on your pool.
