Project Delivery Officer – Streetscape Projects

The City of Charles Sturt has been a solid foundation for the growth of my career both personally and professionally. Initially employed as part of the field services construction team, I explored opportunities to enhance my skillset by acting in various roles which has led to my current position of a Project Delivery Officer – Streetscape Projects. If you are willing to step out of your comfort zone and try something new the City of Charles Sturt will facilitate and support your endeavours.

The City of Charles Sturt provides multiple training opportunities and I have since completed the Local Government Professionals (LGP) Management Challenge which is a great way to learn more about Council procedures and team dynamics. Currently I am undertaking the LGP Emerging Leaders Program where I am learning how I can facilitate my leadership style and how this translates to achieving the best outcomes for our community. It is very rewarding to see the changes you can make to the community whilst also developing your own skills.
