The City of Charles Sturt and CAWRA (Central Adelaide Waste and Recycling Authority) are excited to host this free event.
Hear about Council's yellow bin recycling service and tour the Materials Recovery Facility. The behind-the-scenes tour promises to shed light on the fascinating world of recycling and provide you with an understanding of the processes involved with managing your recyclable material.
Meeting at the City of Charles Sturt Civic Centre at 72 Woodville Rd, Woodville 5011 at 10.00am on Thursday 2 May 2024, we will have a bus ready take you to the Materials Recovery Facility in Kilburn to return to the Civic Centre by 1pm.
We have limited places for the tour so be quick to register.
This event is only suitable for children over 10 years old. Please wear comfortable closed toe shoes for this event.
