Tasting Australia is the country’s longest running eating and drinking festival.
As a major event that celebrates SA’s amazing food culture, we want help share the incredible businesses, experiences, people, produce and place that exist in every corner of our City.
In 2026, Tasting Australia will take place over 10 days from Friday 8 May until Sunday 17 May 2026 with events held across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia. We were pleased to again offer a subsidy to local providers, saving on registration fees.
We’re spoilt for choice when it comes to keeping it local. From hands-on workshops designed to captivate and warm the soul, to recipes shared through storytelling and regional flavours proudly showcased, there’s something for everyone.
