Come join the Cheltenham Ageing Well Walk and Talk Group for a fun, in-person outing! It's a great chance to get some fresh air, enjoy a casual stroll, and meet new friends. Whether you're looking to stay active or just fancy some good company, this group is all about health, happiness, and having a laugh. Everyone’s welcome - just bring your smile and comfy shoes! We meet at the Cheltenham Community Centre each Tuesday just before 9.30am and walk for half an hour with the option to stay for a cuppa back at the Community Centre.
Registration is required for the whole program.
