If you wish to dispute the allegation rather than pay or have the expiation reviewed, you can elect to be prosecuted for the offence and have the matter dealt with in the Magistrate’s Court.
You will need to complete the Election to be Prosecuted form found on the rear of the original expiation notice or by completing a Statutory Declaration for Parking Expiations form.
Return the completed form:
- In person at City of Charles Sturt, 72 Woodville Road, Woodville
- By post to PO Box 1, Woodville SA 5011
Please note the election to be prosecuted must be returned in its original form and cannot be scanned or photocopied. The expiation needs to be in the name of the person who wishes to be prosecuted.
