Share Your Vision for Spad Street, Albert Park

19 January 2023

We are pleased to advise that a new neighbourhood reserve will be developed at 15 – 25 Spad Street, Albert Park, and we are now seeking your feedback on a draft concept plan.

Your ideas and comments on lighting, seating, open space, play equipment and even art will help us to ensure it meets the needs of the community for years to come.

Initiated as a direct outcome of the 'Your Neighbourhood Plan Albert Park’ project and a need for open space in the area, we purchased this land to gift back to the community in the form of a new reserve.

Alongside the draft concept plans, we are also consulting on the Draft Community Land Management Plan (CLMP) for the proposed new reserve.
