Aquatic Reserve is a multi-purpose space the entire family can enjoy.
The reserve is located just off Bower Road with plenty of free on-site parking available.
The dirt BMX track is a key feature of the reserve, while local residents and clubs also enjoy a range of watersports with easy accessibility to the lake.
Aquatic Reserve is home to Paddle SA (the state body for all canoe and kayak activities), Dragon Boat SA and West lakes Paddlesports Club.
Where community and sustainability meet
Aquatic Reserve provides a new standard for environmentally sustainable design in our CIty. The revamped clubrooms are the first building project to use our Environmentally Sustainable Development (ESD) Requirements for Council Buildings, which help us meet our greenhouse has emissions reduction targets, build climate resilience and support the circular economy.
