If you were not driving the vehicle at the time of the offence or you were not the owner of the vehicle at the time you can nominate the driver/owner.
Complete the Online Nomination Form
Ensure this is submitted and received by the City of Charles Sturt before the notice is due.
Upon receipt and review of the nomination form pending all details are completed, a new notice will be issued to the nominated driver or new vehicle owner.
