Due to copyright issues and the provisions of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (General) Regulations 2017, public inspection of documents associated with development applications is restricted. A request must be made in writing to obtain a copy of any document or information available for inspection during the notification period.
What are the costs?
The following fees apply for copying documents:
- A4 Black and White - 20c per A4 page
- A3 Black and White - 40c per A3 page
- A4 Colour - $1 per A4 page
- A3 Colour - $2 per A3 page
What do you need to know?
Council does not give access to any documents that could unreasonably jeopardise the security of the building to which they relate.
Certain documents inspected may be subject to copyright and any unauthorised dealings with these documents may render the person liable to the Copyright owner. This application is not an application under the Freedom of Information Act 1991.
