On 22 September 2025, Council endorsed the Community Engagement Approach for Jubilee Reserve, West Lakes Shore.
This decision does not set a design or scope. It means the project will now move to consultation, working directly with the community to understand how the reserve is used, what people value most, and what should be considered in any future upgrade.
Jubilee Reserve is a well-loved community space, used by thousands every week for sports such as soccer, softball, football, baseball and cricket, as well as for general recreation. We know many people will want to speak to it, and this engagement stage is about giving everyone a chance to have their say.
Feedback will be collated into a Community Engagement Outcomes Report, which will be presented back to Council before any decisions are made.
