Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2026-2030

8 July 2025

Help Shape Our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2026 to 2030

Access for all. Inclusion for everyone.

At the City of Charles Sturt, we believe everyone should feel at home in our community. Yet for many people living with disability, along with their families and carers, daily life can still involve barriers.

Over the past five years, we have taken meaningful steps to make our City more accessible and inclusive. We have trained staff and volunteers, introduced accessible beach matting and equipment, built inclusive playgrounds and toilets, and created welcoming spaces such as Ngutungka West Lakes and Ngutungka Henley.

We are now developing our next Disability Access and Inclusion Plan for 2026 to 2030, and we want to hear from you.

What is working well? What needs to improve? What should we prioritise?
