The redeveloped West Lakes Sports Club is officially open.
The new changerooms, umpire spaces, social areas and improved spectator viewing aren’t just modern additions - they create a more welcoming and more accessible environment for the multiple sporting codes who call this Club home.

The facilities now match the scale, diversity and energy of the community they serve and, for players, members and volunteers, it will make their experience better, safer and more enjoyable.

They also give the club the room to keep growing, especially with the increasing numbers of girls and women in sport, and the needs of multiple sporting codes sharing the same community hub.

The architect was Walter Brooke and Associates, with the build completed by Thorne Constructions.

This facility was made possible thanks to $3m funding from the State Government - Office of Recreation, Sport and Racing, with additional contributions by the SA Footy Facilities Fund and West Lakes Sports Club.
