How do you use the services in our City?
Our Asset Management Plans (AMPs) support infrastructure across our City. We are currently reviewing the plans for Transport, Open Space & Recreation Infrastructure, Public Lighting and Council Buildings and welcome your feedback. Our goal is to continuously enhance and improve and meet the future needs of our community.
We consider lots of things when we develop these plans, including:
- Existing asset location, value, condition, age and useful life.
- Known new assets for inclusion
- Current usage and future demand of assets
- Maintenance costs
- Review of maintenance and renewal requirements
- Climate data
- Asset materials and circular economy
- Resident feedback.
