Waste collection is an important service we provide to our community.
We service priority locations such as Henley Square and Plant 4 at Bowden regularly each week. Henley Square is serviced every day, and Plant 4 currently four times per week following community feedback (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday).
There have been unprecedented crowds at these popular locations this summer. We love sharing these spaces with our community and visitors, but it does place extra pressure on waste infrastructure.
If a bin is full or overflowing, please take your rubbish with you and help us keep our City beautiful.

Our dedicated City Clean team can then follow-up as part of their regular route.
Our kerbside waste and recycling collection contractor Cleanaway is managing driver shortages related to the COVID-19 pandemic at this time.
