Community Update on ‘Telstra Monopole’ Application

We advise that Council has refused the ‘Telstra Monopole’ application (252/2746/20) proposed for 11 Wilson Court, Grange as the applicant has failed to submit information requested by the due date.

As a decision has been made on the application pursuant to the Development Act Section 40 (1), there is no requirement to hold a Council Assessment Panel meeting.
