It is at the discretion of the City of Charles Sturt to determine the information and/or images that will appear in the Calendar of Events and related publications.
Events should meet the following criteria to be listed under Council's Calendar of Events.
A promotional image must be supplied and must be 1920 (width) x 1280 (height) pixels in size in .jpg or .png format.
Events must be submitted via the form a minimum of one week before the event date to allow adequate time to promote to our community.
The event must:
- - be held within Council boundaries
- - be open to the public
- - have a tourism or community participation focus
- - offer noteworthy benefit for the tourism industry and local community
- - not involve any illegal activity.
- - be a "one off" event and not an ongoing activity
