Who are the Ageing Well Team?
We help create opportunities for older residents to stay connected, active, informed and involved in community life through aged specific information/navigation support, programs, events, workshops and local partnerships.
Places are limited and booking are essential.
For people aged 60+ ( or 50+for Aboriginal and Torres Stratit Islanders peoples)
