Can you introduce yourself and your business to our readers?
@TSM Consulting has been managed by Peter Nicolaci for the last 5 years. He has vast experience in Business and Marketing and has a Bachelor in Business. He has held senior business roles with Balfours, San Remo and Hardys Wines. In addition, he has worked in Tourism, Local Government and the Not-for-Profit sector.
In recent years, Peter has secured grants and tenders for Beerenberg, North Adelaide Football Club, Zerella Fresh and Whyalla City Council. Peter believes it’s important to understand a client’s business and the marketplace in which it operates.
Can you tell us more about your consulting service as a grant and tender writer?
@TSM Consulting assists with project development and identification and achievement of potential funding streams, including grants and tenders.
We know that consultants can specialise in a variety of areas. Where do you see your agency sitting in this ecosystem, and how do you see your areas of specialty?
Our business specialises in three areas: Grants and Tenders, Project Management and Marketing and achieves success by consulting with government bodies, peak bodies, private enterprise, and local communities.
If there was one key message you wanted to give business owners, what would that be?
Be disciplined, you can’t chase every opportunity so focus on those that are best aligned to your business.
