Business Recognition Awards Terms & Conditions:
- All applications must be submitted via the online nomination form on the City of Charles Sturt website.
- Individuals can self-nominate, and people can also be nominated for multiple award categories (where eligible). However, a separate online nomination form must be submitted for each award under consideration.
- Where a business or professional is nominated (multiple times) for the same award, we will accept the best nomination submitted for that category, for assessment by the judging panel. Nominations are assessed on their merits for quality, not quantity.
- Nominees for awards are only eligible if they are predominately based and run in the City of Charles Sturt.
- All nominations must be received by 5pm 10 April 2026 and meet the specific Award criteria detailed on the awards webpage. Any nominations other than Business Legends received after this time will not be considered eligible.
- People's Choice Award voting will open on 13 April 2026 and close on 4 May 2026. Votes are cast using the People's Choice Voting form.
- To ensure the integrity and transparency of the Awards process, sponsors are not eligible to self-nominate for People's Choice Award categories.
