Iyengar yoga studio in Allenby gardens run by Darrin & Leonie, who share over 40 years of teaching experience. Iyengar yoga is for everyone. It is a dynamic and methodical approach to practising and learning yoga. Anyone can attend, regardless of fitness, flexibility or age. Yoga can help to improve physical and mental wellbeing. We welcome new students to our small and personal studio.
