Carey Hauri - Resilience First Aid Instructor|Certified Resilience Coach

I'm a Resilience First Aid Instructor and Coach through Driven, certified to train and coach individuals and groups to build resilience and support mental wellbeing, focusing on preventative measures rather than reactive interventions. I equip participants with skills to recognise signs of low resilience in themselves and others, fostering proactive conversations, and promoting a culture of support and connection. The learning and coaching I provide draws on wisdom gained from 40 plus years of life and learning, and more than 20 years of experience working in training, education and coaching. Let's catch up for a coffee and have a chat about how Resilience First Aid builds mental wellness in individuals, teams, community groups, businesses and organisations!
