Behaviour for Learning

Behaviour for Learning is a specialist behaviour consultancy supporting families of school-aged children navigating complex, persistent behaviour — particularly where previous support hasn’t led to lasting change. Roisin McIlduff works directly with parents, helping them understand what is driving their child’s behaviour and how to respond consistently and effectively. Roisin works with families across Australia via Zoom, outside school hours. “What stands out most is the lasting change… family life has become calmer, more connected, and more positive.” — Parent, SA Women of Impact nomination 2026
