OverDrive has accessibility features and can recommend books you might like. It is compatible with many devices like Kindle, Mac, PC and Windows Mobile Devices.
Libby by Overdrive
If you use an Android or iOS device to read books, try Libby by OverDrive. It's a more user-friendly interface. Libby has all the same collections as OverDrive.
