Business SA Scholarships for Entrepreneurs
A great way to develop your skills and get advice is through a mentor and entrepreneur program. Our Council provides scholarships to residents to participate in two entrepreneurial programs run by Business SA.
SAYES Program
South Australian Young Entrepreneurs Scheme (SAYES) is a government-funded 12-month program designed to assist young and innovative entrepreneurs aged 18-35 years turn their business concept into a reality or focus on creating a sustainable business model for a newly established business.

Encore Program
The Encore Program is a workshop and mentoring program for South Australians aged 35 or above looking to either establish a new business or grow an existing one. Past successful applicants are available below.
