Customer Service Feedback Survey

Your feedback is valuable to us.

We have introduced a new platform to gather feedback on how we interact with you to help us continually improve our customer service experience.

The short 1-2 minute survey will be distributed via SMS or email to a random selection of customers on a monthly basis following an actioned customer request or phone call.
