Scott Perry

We have loved tapping into the experience and knowledge of our business advisors, who we have been working with very closely during this time and with the rollout of our grants program.

We have selected advisors which had areas of both common and differing focus and experience to provide our businesses with the best advice for their business.

Scott Perry of Switch Start Scale, Workforce Blueprint, and Ace shared his thoughts and expertise on how businesses grow and scale their business.

We know that consultants can specialise in a variety of areas. Where do you see your agency sitting in this ecosystem, and how do you see your areas of specialty?

The approach as a business, pitching, and public speaking coach is deeply focused on understanding your unique needs and goals. By tailoring coaching to specific outcomes and combining expertise with a diverse experience, you are empowered to communicate with clarity, persuasion, and authenticity, leading to greater success and global opportunities.

Apart from one-on-one coaching, workshops and training programs are conducted for teams and organisations with sessions designed to enhance the collective pitching and public speaking skills of the participants, fostering a culture of effective communication and influence.

To truly excel in public speaking, practice and constructive feedback are essential. If you are looking to be your best, we need to conduct on-stage rehearsals, simulating real-life scenarios, and offer valuable feedback to help you identify areas of improvement and build upon their strengths.

What are the main issues you see coming up time and time again for your clients?

If you are struggling with confidence or feeling held back by imposter syndrome, we can help you overcome these barriers and unlock your true potential. One important factor in business is knowing who is a good fit for your business - those people who you work best with and who you can help the most. Who do you feel you are able to work best with and help the most?

A good fit is open minded coaches and speakers, startups and entrepreneurs wanting to refine your pitch or program (face to face and online products), ensuring you are able to effectively communicate your value proposition, market opportunity, and outcomes for your clients.  For scaleups seeking funding or growth, I help fine-tune your pitch strategies to resonate with investors and stakeholders.

Inventors and experts may have groundbreaking ideas but presenting them persuasively is key to gaining support and recognition.  You will get tailored coaching, ensuring you can communicate the significance and impact of your innovations clearly and confidently.

What do you see as the biggest upcoming opportunities for businesses?
