How long have you been  in the digital space and what made you interested in this area?

I've been in the digital space since I landed in Australia in 2017. I wanted to create a business that I could take anywhere and that would help me spend a lot of time with my family. Coming from a pure software development background, it wasn't easy advertising products and services online, but I made it work and the last 6 years have been amazing.

There are a lot of different types of digital agencies - specialising in a variety of things. Where do  you see your agency sitting in this ecosystem, and what are your areas of specialty?

At Loudachris, we do three things very well:

- We design websites that convert. Meaning that people landing on websites we've built know straight away what the business has to offer and how to take action.

- Google Ads is where we shine. Whether it is lead generation for service-based businesses or selling ecommerce products, we structure ad campaigns in a unique way and handle our client's budget like our own because we know what it's like to spend money on ads.

- Last but not least: we're pretty amazing at SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). We start with a free audit of your website to detect technical issues and fix them and put in place a content strategy around low competition and high-volume keywords to make your business visible to online prospects seeking services like yours. We don't create a single piece of content without knowing exactly which keywords to focus on (we pay expensive tools for that), so you get the best return on investment.

What are the main issues you see coming up time and time again for your business clients in the digital space?

Most new clients don't have a website that speaks directly to their target audience and only to their target audience. So that's the first thing we fix for them.

Then, they've usually worked with marketing agencies who spent their budget on broad keywords that didn't bring conversions (sales/leads) and/or lacked transparency.

If we don't bring you a good return on investment, you don't stay with us, so we make sure we target keywords that matter to your business and are completely transparent about the process and the results.

One important factor in business is knowing who is a good fit for your business - those people who you work best with and who you can help the most. Who do you feel your agency is able to work best with and help the most?

My agency is great at helping website designers and big digital marketing agencies. Website designers are not marketers, therefore we're here to support their clients and get them a good ROI online. As for big digital marketing agencies, they usually don't have time to handle "small clients/leads", therefore we're here to help them make the most of all the leads they're getting.

From a client perspective, we love small and medium businesses because we can tailor our approach and plan to their specific needs, no matter their budget.

What do you see as the biggest upcoming opportunities in the digital space?

AI, for sure. Harness it now or you'll regret it in 2 years. It's a superpower everyone can have and at Loudachris we're making the most of it to help our clients get more leads, make more sales and be more visible online.

If there was one key message you wanted to give business owners, what would that be?

Focusing on what you're uniquely good at. For the rest, employ people/contractors.

Delegating what you're uniquely good at doing feels like spending money at first but it's really not. It's saving your precious time and helping you grow your business quicker.
