We are honoured to receive an award for the Most Outstanding Council or Government Department at this year’s Tennis SA Awards Night, held on Friday 3 July.
The award is annually given to a council or government department that has best demonstrated its support, commitment and association with tennis and Tennis SA to lead to outcomes that will encourage more people to play tennis and was selected by a panel from Tennis SA.
Charles Sturt CEO Paul Sutton shared “While this award recognises our team’s work with both Tennis SA and local clubs in supporting and promoting sport in our City, it also acknowledges the project work of our wider Open Space and Recreation team. The exceptional facilities that have now been completed at St Clair, Smith Reserve and Woodville Oval means our community will enjoy picking up a racquet for years to come.”
