Our Information Technology teams have been recognised at the Local Government Information Technology SA (LGITSA) Awards, with the collaborative work between the City of Charles Sturt, Port Adelaide and Marion being awarded the South Australian Achievement of the Year.
The awards received were:
Excellence in Employee Experience – Collaborative Service Desk Replacement Project (Cities of Charles Sturt, Port Adelaide Enfield, Marion)
This award recognises excellence in initiatives that have enhanced or introduced new business processes to improve the employee experience; through the delivery of IT infrastructure, applications or process improvements.
Excellence in IT Service Delivery – Cloud (Cirrus) Migration City of Charles Sturt
This award recognises excellence in the delivery of Information Technology services beyond the business as usual; through initiatives that are new to the organisation or new to Local Government.
South Australian Achievement of the Year – Collaborative Service Desk Replacement Project (Cities of Charles Sturt, Port Adelaide Enfield, Marion)
The South Australian Achievement of the Year award will be awarded to one of the four Excellence award category winners and will represent South Australia in the Australian Achievement of the Year Award at the next MAV Technology Awards for Excellence.
These awards further demonstrate the value of our collaboration which has combined our Information Communication Technology experience and knowledge to improve our service, systems and delivery to the benefit of both our community and staff.
