How do you want to be represented?

We are currently reviewing the composition and structure of our council area and ward division to ensure you, as an elector, are being fairly represented.

As part of our Representation Review, tell us what you want to see:

• A change in the number of councillors?
• Should the number of wards change?
• Should we be led by a Mayor or Chairperson?

Alterations to the composition or ward structure of our council should aim to:

• benefit ratepayers
• reflect communities of interest and the values and aspirations within the community
• encourage local community participation in decisions about local matters.

There are five options being presented for consideration and we encourage your feedback.

Consultation closes 5pm on 26 November 2020.
