Civic Centre Carpark Renewal Works

STAGE 1 - Monday 20 January to Wednesday 5 February

Work involves kerb and gutter and stormwater works adjacent to Kemp Street and kerb and gutter and driveway adjacent to Norman Street.

During construction work at Kemp Street (Monday 20 January) the access will be limited to EXIT ONLY from Councils car park. At this time the public and CCS employees will still have access to the car park from Norman Street.

Upon completion of Kemp Street, work will commence on the Norman Street access (Tuesday 28 January). There will be limited access to Norman street for local traffic only and NO ENTRY OR EXIT to the car park until Wednesday 5 February.  During this period ALL access to the carpark will be available via Kemp Street.

Public will still have full access to the civic centre however, as works will be undertaken during working hours, please use this area with due care and obey the traffic safety implementations in place.

STAGE 2March 2020

Work involves an application of preservation treatment to the Asphalt surface. This work will be scheduled over a weekend to minimise disruption to staff and the public. Further notice will be issued prior to work commencing in March.
