AMS Administration Officer
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Field Services Team.
With a focus on great customer service you will be a part of the AMS Administration team providing administrative support to the Field Services portfolio. Using your organisational and time management skills you will be responsible for undertaking general administrative duties associated with the Portfolio, timely processing of Customer Requests (CRM), invoice and purchase order processing and timesheet entry to meet specified timeframes.
We are seeking a proactive and team orientated individual with exceptional initiative, communication and interpersonal skills to help deliver great customer service outcomes to the Field Services Portfolio.
Previous experience in Local Government or a similar Administration position is desirable.
This role is offered full time on a fixed-term contract until January 2021 (subject to maternity leave provisions).
