In this presentation held during NAIDOC week from 8-15 November, Dr Panzironi who is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Anangu Ngangkari Tjutaku Aboriginal Corporation (ANTAC) will discuss Aboriginal traditional healing practices.

Dr. Panzironi is an international human rights academic who applied her knowledge and experience to create a platform for the recognition of the internally recognised right of Indigenous Peoples to maintain and practice their traditional medicines in Australia's national health care system. She established the first Aboriginal Traditional Healing Centre in Australia, located in Henley Beach.

Ngangkari are Aboriginal traditional healers from Central Australia who provide their ancient traditional healing practices to anyone. Their practices are handed down from generation to generation from time immemorial through family lineage.

Dr Panzironi will showcase the healing practices, methods of healing and testimonials from people who have experienced this ancient tradition.
