The City of Charles Sturt is joining forces with the Textile Warrior to present Pasted. This urban walls paste up project aims to showcase the creative talents of our community while bringing community spaces and local places to life.
Public art such as Paste Ups can provide a new way to experience our city. They can lift our spirits and challenge our community to think differently about their world. Through Paste Ups we can evoke conversation and take pride in our community. We can also see some impressive art pop up in the most unlikely of places.
What are Paste Ups?
Creating or collaging images on paper and fixing it to a wall or other surface using paste.
Paste Ups are temporary art that use affordable, every day materials.
So how does it all work?
Let your imagination run wild, the possibilities are endless!
Your Paste Ups can:
- Highlight an issue close to your heart
- Tell the story of a local larrikin
- Spark conversation
- Share a moment in local history
- Or simply create a beautiful image.
How can you get involved?
Submit a photo or image
Submit your photographs, illustrations, designs, sketches or any other 2D creations here. Your work will be added to the Paste Up image library for others to integrate into Paste Ups in the community.

Nominate a community building or landmark

You can nominate a paste-up location here. If selected we’ll do the hard yards for you by checking out the suitability of the location and requesting authorisation to make it happen.
