As of 1 July 2023, a fee of $20 is payable by customers who do not reside in the City of Charles Sturt when accessing our Immunisation Clinic's services.
A $20 service fee applies to all customers aged 65 years and over to receive their flu vaccine (City of Charles Sturt residents and non-residents).
This fee does not apply to students attending a high school within the City of Charles Sturt who have missed their school vaccinations.
This was a difficult decision. Funding received by Council from the State and Commonwealth Government is significantly below our expenses to deliver our comprehensive immunisation service, and therefore our rate-payers are subsidising the provision of this valued service.
These service fees will assist in reducing the costs of delivering our important immunisation services to our community.
You will be provided a link to cancel or reschedule your appointment in the email confirmation and the SMS/email pre-appointment reminder. The clinic is currently experiencing high demand so please remember to cancel your booking if you can’t make it so others can book in.
Yes – you can make multiple bookings for a clinic to be seen on the same day. Just complete the first booking and then commence another booking.
