Extension of Stamp Duty Concession

The City of Charles Sturt welcomes a recent decision by the State Government to extend the stamp duty concessions for qualifying off-the-plan apartments for one year, to 30 June 2017, and the removal of the boundary for the concession, so that it will apply across the whole state.
