Aged and Disability
Through the acquisition of Home and Community Care Funding, the City of Charles Sturt is able to offer basic maintenance and support services to the frail or at risk aged persons, younger disabled persons and their carers in our Council area.
The services assist these people to remain in their own homes and avoid premature or inappropriate admission to long term residential care and thereby improve their quality of life.
Assessment & Information
Charles Sturt has Home and Community Care brochures that are translated into Greek, Italian and Polish, but we also provide translation services to all nationalities. For this please phone 8408 1529.
