Council is calling for Registrations of Interest from suitable community focused organisations for a commercial lease for the property at 111 Woodville Road, St. Clair ('The Brocas').
Those submissions that outline the use of the property that optimise community benefit, primarily for the local community of the City of Charles Sturt, will be viewed more favourably.
