Vaccine Price List

As of 1 July 2023, a fee of $20 is payable by customers who do not reside in the City of Charles Sturt when accessing our Immunisation Clinic's services.

A $20 service fee applies to all customers aged 65 years and over to receive their flu vaccine (City of Charles Sturt residents and non-residents).

This fee does not apply to students attending a high school within the City of Charles Sturt who have missed their school vaccinations.

This was a difficult decision. Funding received by Council from the State and Commonwealth Government is significantly below our expenses to deliver our comprehensive immunisation service, and therefore our rate-payers are subsidising the provision of this valued service.

These service fees will assist in reducing the costs of delivering our important immunisation services to our community.

Non-scheduled vaccines
Vaccines that are not part of a schedule such as childhood or school vaccine programs are available to the public at a cost. Vaccines outside the free schedule are available for purchase at most clinics.

Non-Medicare card holders
If you do not have an Australian Medicare card you will need to pay for vaccines from our immunisation clinics.

Some private health insurers reimburse for vaccinations and we can provide a receipt with our provider number for the claim. Please consult your health insurer to see if you are eligible.

Please note we only accept card payments.

COVID-19 vaccines are not available at our St Clair clinic.

Information on accessing COVID-19 vaccines can be located here.
